Need to come up with a wonderful cake for a competition -I need to win this thing! Have had a look in recipes on here, and came up with this which looks amazing, but have two questions which wondered if anyone could help me with?!
Firstly, it says chop up cooked chestnuts very finely - I have purreed chestnuts in a tin, will this work? Secondly, how would you ice it? Or would you just leave it bare and beautiful?
