My dd is now nearly 18 months old but is still feeding , mainly through the night and if nessesery i can make sure she only has milk through the night. I suffer alot with my nerves but i just keep having panic attacks because i cant take anything as im breastfeeding. Id rather not be addicted to medication but i am doing a degree aswell and it is really having an effect on my work and ability (or non ability to do presentations etc) I am really not coping with the stress and don't know what to do...? I use rescue remedy regularly, i use breathing techniques but nothing is working.
Any advice or help would be gratefully recieved
Thank You

Modern anti-depressants can be used to treat anxiety. They are not addictive (sometimes people think so because it can be tough to come off them) and one or two can be used while breastfeeding, sertraline is one of them.
