Hula/squat/press up 30 day challenge???

So I have decided to do the 30 day press up and squat challenges! I have downloaded the free apps for my phone!

i am also planning on hula hooping very day and adding to my hula time each day.

I am currently doing 5:2 and want some exercise to complement it.

Please feel free to join in, I could do with the motivation of a thread that encourages me to exercise. GrinGrin

So I started yesterday I did:
30 squats
3 press ups
And 15 mins hula hooping Grin
