What do you reckon? Which is nicer? Or could Harriet Verity be a possibility...

ProlificWillyBreeder Wed 13-Feb-13 16:10:21

Harriet, I just don't like Verity sorry and I know a stunning and annoyingly clever Harriet.

ProlificWillyBreeder Wed 13-Feb-13 16:10:41

Only annoying as I wish I was that clever!

I prefer Harriet.

I don't like Harriet Verity. It's too 'arri erri'.
Now I have shown myself to be a bit weird there you can safely ignore me.

Both lovely.

Harriet is a beautiful name

Harriet & you could have Harry or Hal as a nickname

My first dolly was called Harriet. So Harriet.

I do like verity but names like that (faith, hope etc) are potentially setting a child up to fail. What if verity is a compulsive liar?

Emilythornesbff Thu 14-Feb-13 20:25:42

Both lovely.
Harriet wins for me I think but lends on surname.

Verity, I know two Harriet's I dislike and one lovely Verity though, so I'm biased.

Another vote for Harriet. Verity is a nice name but Harriet pips it.
