penguinmum's creamy fish pie: smoky, seasonal fish in a creamy white sauce with grated, rather than mashed, tatties on top - a meal of the highest comfort-food order.

My DH was always suspicious of eating Quorn because he used to work on the chemical plant next to the one where the quorn was brewed up. Sometimes he knew they were having a bad batch grin

I quite liked it but on his account haven't had it often.

cauldron pre marinated organic tofu is yum, imo. And if you get the normal stuff it's a lot less wet sponge-y if you freeze it first, then defrost it...

mmmmmmmmmmm, tofu

<slobber>
I like the Cauldron sausages, but yes, you can't beat sosmix grin- I made Sosmix pie recently- it was lush, and very retro.

tofu comes in many forms, most of which are putty-like. Deep fried firm tofu is good.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
