Not impressed with what ive seen so far.
Several no shows in a row for a gas safety check. Elderly and ill people left without heating for long periods of time.
Just some complaints ive seen on FB. Have any MNers had any work or any checks done by them?
Only that they take up every bloody parking space in my parents' road with their vans so residents can't park anywhere!

Not quite though i concede that is bloody annoying too.
Yes, they provide heating services to my landlord (a housing association). Took 7 visits to get a problem sorted out; virtually every component part of my boiler replaced with the warning that, next time, it will be the whole boiler needing replacing; spending 2 days without heating or hot water while they enforced a shutdown on the system waiting for a part to be ordered and received. Not turning up when they promised; sending very rude letters with appointments they are aware cannot be kept and threatening court and fines if preventing them attending the appointments - that were for days I was working, unable to get someone in to wait up to 6 hours for them to maybe appear.
The sooner the housing association change company the better!!
Yes Helena, this is par for the course I'm afraid.
Several no shows for appointments is commonplace in my experience. I absolutely lost my rag with them on the phone a few months back when they didn't turn up to three in a row that they had arranged, first by letter and then by me calling them to arrange a mutually convenient time etc. It was four in total - eventually came on the fifth.
Then I even got a message left on my ansafone one evening saying they'd tried to get in by I never answered the door. Absolutely bollocks - I was here all the time - I work from home and no-one attempted to either knock or call me.
They are a nightmare. Staff on the phone are very apologetic but it still happens. I waited over a year for a boiler part and now it's finally fitted the boilet makes a terrible racket. I will have to ring them at some point but I can't imagine how many missed appointments it will take to get this sorted out.
I hope they are reading this. It might make them realise how crap their service is.

Thats fucking bullying. I dont see why letters like that shouldnt come under the Malicious Communications Act.
Remember - wouldn't be affinity Sutton by any chance? I was so glad to swop to another ha!

"Seems to be a trend for Robert Heath, what a joke of a company! Robert Heath are responsible for the boiler at my elderly mothers property. First off they performed a miracle by issuing a gas safety certificate whilst the boiler had a faulty PCB!! Now her boiler has been out of action for over 10 days, leaving a vulnerable and ill elderly lady with no hot water or heating during this time. 3 engineer visits later and it's still not fixed. Promised an engineer would be at the property at 8am today to finally fix it. It's now nearly 3:30 and still no sign of an engineer"
The latest wheeze
Even though this is an information from 3/03/16, i have been lied to by different members of Robert Heath saying the parts were here and they would come to fix the boiler on Tuesday 08/03 but they never came and never called me to let me know they would not come. I waited the whole day and nobody turned up. Then another appointment promised on Thursday 10/3 and again I have been waiting all day and nobody turned up.
It has been 10 days without heating and hot water. They gave me an electric heater which broke down. In more than 20 years as a tenant I have never been treated like that. It made me feel stupid, idiot and a crap. It is outrageous what is happening with me. I am glad the staff sounded polite to me but unfortunately their apologies did not make my life any better. I wish I could pay a company to fix it but they threatened me if I do I would pay a fine. Never been in such a powerless situation
And now a product recall.
Too much info to put here, but basically left me (and my disabled child) without hot water and heating for total of ten days in freezing weather (Jan). Engineer turned up several times over six hours late, parts went missing etc.
I refuse to take this lying down. After several emails, letters and calls, my HA cannot get a resolution from Robert Heath! They have only replied twice to me with wrong info and refuse to return my phone calls.
Out of principle I'm referring the matter to my HA complaints review team and then the Housing Ombudsman if necessary.
Damn right Fangirl. They make too much of a habit of treating tenants like this.
I've been a tenant (with this HA) for over 6 years. I refuse to back down as I am able to stand and fight back (whereas older/vulnerable people may not be).

Liberty Gas are just as bad and they have really surpassed themselves this time.

Bailiffs and Council retreated apologetically when CCTV proved you had NOT been when you claimed. I even have emails as proof! I am a disabled tenant with a young child. Can you imagine how frightening this situation was when still half asleep? How dare you! I've lived here for 20yr and only had problems for the last five....ever since LG won the contract. Do not label me as a POS just because I live in social housing. How are you guys still in business? LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS!! Leicester County Council/Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council WAKE UP to the clowns you are employing. Roll on 11am when Liberty Gas are meant to be turning up to service the 25yr old fire & back boiler (Watch this space for an update people!). Believe me when I say this as I mean it 100% ~ HEADS WILL ROLL FOR THIS INCOMPETENCE!!

Disgusted with this company I've been two weeks without heating and hot water with a three year old having to bath her at other people's houses along with myself my flat is freezing my child is I'll with a cough and cold .. First appointment the only engineer who is qualified for nibe units didn't start work till 4pm even though my appointment was the morning .. Then another appointment I got called into work my last appointment was booked tonight for 5-9pm I waited in to no one coming I ring to hear my appointment was passed to another company as there was no one qualified to deal with my heater tonight I wasn't informed of these changes .. Why book the appointments with no engineer working I'm now left without again I'm fuming and I will be going further with this publicly my child is poorly this was the only day I could do as I'm a single parent I work everyday to provide for her this is my day off hence why I needed this appointment ... Disgusting service hope you lot are nice and cosy with your heating and hot water whilst me and my child freeze !!!!!!!!

Meant to have a engineer come out between 8-11 and u ring me at 9:50 to say the engineer is rung in sick and can't make it ...
Your company is useless ! For the last how ever many appointments I've had you cancel last minute or don't turn up !!!

your engineer has exactly 88 minutes to get himself to my property to fix my heating or i shall be billing you again for loss of earnings. So sick of taking the day off to wait in EVERY TIME my boiler needs servicing or because its broken down YET AGAIN and your engineers FAIL TO SHOW UP. EITHER EMPLOY ENOUGH STAFF OR DONT BOTHER TO TENDER FOR THE CONTRACTS
8 weeks I've had no heating or hot water, no apologies, keep making appointments then when I ring I'm told the engineer will be with me in 2 hours, I ring back 3 hours later to be told he's not coming! That's happened 4 times, I'm absolutely disgusted with them! They have made various appointments and cancelled too. I got told it had been "escalated" as it was urgent yet I'm STILL without any gas. It's getting freezing on a night/morning too
