to think Camila Batmanghelidjh is fucking awesome?

I saw her talk on a news programme last night...

shes so composed and articulate, and clear-sighted and insightful and compassionate and calm and stylish and unique...

and the work she does/ what she acheives is OUTSTANDING..

She is my hero! Seriously, the woman should be made a saint, I have no idea how she finds the energy or the patience for what she does. Truly inspirational.

Re the 'stylish' comment.

Because I thought perhaps the photo in the link didn't do her justice, I ran her name through Google Images.

I can't find a stylish photo amongst them!

She does sound like an amazing woman though and since looking at Google, I do recognise her now.

No one can pronounce my name either. It is mildly irritating, so i need to know how to pronounce Camila Batmanthingy properly

I too think she's awesome. I've never had cause to say her name out loud but in my head I say 'Camilla Batmangaily'.

i heard her on desert island discs I think. She's quite funny as well but IIRC she had difficult times growing up as her sister committed suicide? they were refugees from Iran.
