Am I going too far in telling my dss that they can't sing these 2 songs?

The songs are 'I am sexy and I know it' and 'Sexy lady'.
I am increasingly getting annoyed with the lyrics and this idea that women are only sexy and have to be sexy.
dcs are just 8 and 9yo so have no idea what they are actually signing/saying but still...

Lol. I would understand your concern, but I think you've gorn orf half cocked. grin

Generally speaking, yar. But in this case, the fact that it's a bloke singing it makes you look like a loon.

This is what gives those crazy feminists a bad name. grin

Ooh! You touch my tra-la-la! Ooh! My ding-ding-dong!
By making them "naughty" they're going to sing them more.

Just another example of someone looking for something to be offended by.

My blood ran cold when i saw a child on television last year singing Leonard Cohen's "Alleluia". I sometimes think that the producers are too lazy to read the content of songs.
