Yes, I think it is all true, except that when he says all the skyscrapers, etc., are done to impress women, it is actually only half the story -- the impressing is done to get the women. The sense of entitlement that Lundy Bancroft details in his books is well described here. Culture that allows this sort of systematic denigration of women has terrible ramifications.
And he is to be applauded for pointing out the level of pure, seething hatred that is out there directed at women, consuming so many men and informing so much of contemporary culture, from the forced wearing of burquas to the porn apologising that goes on. The world needs more men admitting to the existence of this burning hatred, and holding men responsible for it. It should be discussed and it should be studied and men should shun those among them who indulge in it.
Expressing such opinions should be classified as a hate crime.
