In fact this video by the same guy is really enlightening. It is pretty long, but is basically a tutorial of how to use Photoshop to edit portrait photos. It shows you just how much manipulation of images goes on to produce the photographs we see in magazines and advertising. If you jump right to the end, it shows a before and after of how the image is changed.
