Deluxe cottage/apartment near sea on the south coast?

How about Devon? Springfield Overlooks Torquay Harbour and sleeps 10 in style with 5 bedrooms and also has a Hottub! This company also quite a few cottages in Dorset as well such as Millstream Cottage has a log burner and a bit closer in Weymouth with 4 bedrooms

Planning a holiday for DH's 40th in January. Ideally I'd like somewhere with sea views & a log burner. Needs to sleep 5. I've looked at Niche Retreats and they look fab but would ideally like something a bit closer than Cornwall. Hope someone out there has some suggestions! Thank you!
