That's all really. I am SO excited I have to share.
I was the typical pony mad girl, and had my own horse and did pony club and had dreams of Badminton. When I was 19 I had a terrible fall (horse fell on me) and broke alot of bones and was in hospital for months, and could not walk without crutches for 9 months. That was - um - more than 20 years ago.
I can honestly say i have grieved for horses ever since and have never really felt 'like myself' since.
We have finally moved and it is possible for me to start riding again. I have tried 3-4 riding schools around here but nothing really fit with me and I think I have found what I am after now... new school, 1 on 1 riding lessons, and they will work on me getting my confidence back and getting me back into jumping and so on. I hope that in the next couple of years I might have a horse of my own and enjoy myself with some shows, join a riding club etc. I tried a horse out a few weeks back on part loan and he was lovely, but not right for me. But there WILL be th right horse somewhere!
I am so excited all I can do is smile!
Marking my place as a soon-to-be 'the tack room' regular!

Thank you so much! I got over excited yesterday though and rang to enquire about a lovely school master horse I saw advertised locally, but he had already been sold.
Then I shook myself and told myself that I have to get back into things FIRST. Horse comes later.
