There is a possibilty that we might be moving to the states. We have two small dogs and Im just wondering what the procedure is for moving them over with us? I imagine its stressful for them so I was wondering if both could be shipped in one large crate as to split them up would cause more stress. Also a rough idea of cost?
Thanks

I can't answer your specific question about cost.

We move 2 cats from the UK to the USA. We had an agent who picked them up from our house and put them on the plane. Their colleagues took them off the plane at the destination and delivered them to us at our new house. Somewhere along the line, they boarded for about a week.

There aren't the same regulations about quarantine in that direction, but you do need to make airline reservations. The easiest way is to use a pet transporter agency.

Regulations require them to travel in individual crates. You are best to go through a shipper there are many around be prepared for the dogs to cost more than the rest of the family.
