Just started - programme about kids diets/fitness/health/mental abilty in todays world

I've watched that program. Thought it was great as it really made me question the way I feed my kids and the lack of exercise. Watch it if you can, it's alright.

I watched this a couple of nights ago. The kids were eating 5 times more sugar a day than they should be
