Oh I get those, they are horrid.
I want to keep poking it to see of it will either get a head on or just go away..
I get those when I'm due on. On my chin, or by my nose. So attractive.
Hot flannel can help or just make you want to prod and poke even more.

i know i am not squeezing ( no head anyway) but OW OW OW
and why does it have to SHINE so - its like a high viz spot.

Magnesium sulphate paste sometimes helps to draw out blind spots and bring them to a head.

Mag sulphate paste from chemist. Don't think it's expensive (comes in a little pot.) It sometimes helps to draw things out like that.
Also good if you have splinter or something in your finger that needs to come out.
