Thanks for all these replies, food for thought
i had full on proper acrylics for 6 months and it cured my nail biting completely. i have not bitten for over a year now. however i don't think biosculpture would have worked as they peeled too easily when i had them done once just for fun. i think it depends on whether your nails are oily, dry etc...
I don't bite, but they do look fab, and my nails are great after having two lots on, then soaking them off.

You don't want to pick at them as they are so nice, and they don't snag at the edge or anything so less temptation

I had french put on, but my colleague has dark red and they look gorgeous

smile picante I bet you looked lovely
I had these done for my wedding and loved them. They are rock hard and couldn't imagine being able to bite them - but I'm not a nail biter! They do look fab but need topping up every few weeks.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
