How to beautify upper arms?

I hate my upper arms, they are a bit fat and a bit bingoey and a bit red and a bit bumpy. Not the worst but not the best!
I do go to the gym and do a few arm exercises.
I really don't like wearing sleeveless tops or dresses but sometimes I have to.
Please has anyone any bright ideas as to how to beautify this area?

If you have 'chicken skin' a cream with Urea will help. I also brush mine in the shower and now they've had a bit of sun are much better. i also read that more essential fatty acids (oily fish et al) can help with this, too.

I have good old bingo wings, so this is really like rolling a turd in glitter, but the swimming is helping (though takes forever to see results of course).

I've just started taking omega 3 supplements and the red dots and sandpaper feel on my arms has really improved.

I use a little bit of Alpha-H liquid Gold on them sometimes, or their Micro Cleanse exfoliator. Makes a big difference to the texture of the skin.

Great thanks all.
All of those things are do-able!
Tache, do you rate Alpha H in general?

Agree with Moustache. I have little bumps and have recently been including my upper arms in the acid toning/treatment stage and it's definitely making a difference.

A bit of sun or tan would help I think. The red would be less visible.

YY to exfoliation, regular moisturising and good diet. But you may need to slightly alter your arm exercises if they're not working, maybe with heavier weights?

Hello Flossy

It's been a miracle for me- pore size reduced, rosacea and acne breakouts gone, scars from hideous flare up in January seemingly miraculously disappeared. And it's a simple thing to do and fairly cheap. I'm going to start sounding like I've got shares in them, but really it's been the first time I've tried a product loads of people rave about and gone "oh, it is as good as people say...in fact it's better". I really never expected a skincare product to make such a big difference.
