I'm just wondering because I have just turned 34 and have started to notice fine lines appearing under my eyes and nose to mouth.

Are you all talking about the same thing? I don't know anyone over about 30 ish who doesn't have some very fine lines.
I am 35 and can see them very close up in the mirror, where the skin is thinner under my eyes, is that what you mean OP?
I have good skin, use SPF30 always (no hardship as I never go brwn anyway) and am carrying about an extra stone which plumps everything out
, drink water, don't smoke any more and don't drink alcohol much.
It's true that if you drinks lots of water to keep hydrated and keep out of the sun you will do the best you can naturally for your skin. Unfortunately, a lot is down to genetics though. I am praying I have my DF's skin as he is 70 and looks late 50's.
Very fine lines started around 30 I think.
Now I'm 40 and have quite a few undereyes - the kind that are spreading down my cheeks! Forehead has lines as does around mouth.
So unfair because my skin looked very young well into my 20s but pregnancy, weight loss/gain/loss and stress have all taken their toll!

breast yes those are the one's, I do wear sunscreen and drink plenty of water.
Early 30s I would say. They didn't get any worse for ages though, till quite recently (now mid 40s). My DM is very wrinkly, so I'm not optimistic. Whereas DMIL has very smooth skin at 75. OTOH DM still has all her own teeth and DMIL had lost all hers in her 30s, I think I'd rather have wrinkles than terrible teeth.

No fine lines at 42 (am 33 weeks pregnant with DC2 so may be warding them off) I do have a slight crease above my right brow (frowning from bring too vain to wear glasses) and I do smile a lot! Like vintage I wear sunscreen and eat well. My mum is half French so I was using eye cream and moisturiser when I was 13/14. I also exercise - yoga weights spinning. Since I quit running at 26 weeks pregnant I look less gaunt. Running is not good for ageing.
I'm nearly 35, I have fine lines around my eyes when I smile but not when I relax my face.

Sorry vintage meant baglady! Just to add my nan and mum look young for their age- both sunbathed - so my guess is ageing is genetic...

In my defence i spent the first 18 years of my life in Australia. My parents are Irish so sunshine is not my friend! But i still wouldn't mind if it made an appearance today...brrrrr!

46 & have a few feint lines, but nothing much. I put it down to a lifetime of oily skin

28 and I have them around my eyes. None on my forehead or around my mouth yet.
I've been smoking, though not very heavily, since I was 15.

I'm 31 and I have one quite deep one above my eyebrow. I forget it's there and about once a month try to rub off what I think is misplaced eyebrow pencil until I remember what it is.
I've not notice any at 43, but DS (3yrs) kindly pointed out my face 'had lots of little lines on it' the other day
