I think I might be doing this wrong. I have created an account but when I put the code in it says please log in before entering the code to verify your entitlement. Any ideas?

It worked for me, unfortunately I placed my order after a few glasses of wine and didn't realise until today that I hadn't changed my address on the account . Have updated now, but I'd be very surprised if my order ever gets to me! At least it was only £1.

me too convert, I've tried in various windows. if you call up do they ask where you got the code?!

Just tried it and been put through to customer services as had same error message re login in to verify
Apparently it was a code given as a goodwill gesture to a customer who posted it on the internet (would you believe) and as a new customer I can't use it.
They are not happy but think code should still work if you are an exisiting customer.

those who are new customers, if you sign up for the email newsletter you get a discount code for £10 off your first order.
