I places order online on 30th December and it still says processing.

Is this the norm for them?

Yes. It takes forever especially in sale time they extend their delivery period. I ordered on 28th December still waiting. It's working days so you need to allow for bank hols and weekends.

Ages, as said above. I ordered on 27th, should expect it here by tues as that's 7 working days.

I also ordered on 27th but haven't had any sort of dispatch notice yet which I'm sure you normally get. A lot of what I ordered has now been marked down again but is not in stock online - I can just find it by searching. I've never been in this position before and was thinking how nice it would be if it was dispatched at the lower price. I realise there is no obligation on Zara to do this but just wondered if their system might dispatch at the lower price? Has anyone had experience to say either way? (Have checked online banking and no payment taken yet...)

i am waiting for something ordered 27th dec and also have no despatch email. usually looking at past orders they are a couple of days after order. guess it's just the sale period.

you could email and ask mysteryfairy, can you not get to a store? there is so much stuff in there marked down (then send back ordered stuff)

I have been instore last weekend and bought more, but none of the stuff I ordered online was around then. (If it had been I would have very boringly showed the friend I was with!) I'll just wait and see as I don't think I'm likely to have a good experience if I broach it with Zara who have quite a cavalier approach to customer service!

Has it been ordered to your home or instore? If it's instore, the online parcels come with the clothing delivery each week (or at least they do in ours, possibly more often in bigger stores). Deliveries have been cancelled over the christmas period, we've only had one since christmas week, but normally come on a Sunday and a Thursday.

The order department and warehouse are all in Spain, they seem to take their bank holidays much more seriously than we do

Actually, I don't know if the ordering place is, now I've said that, but the warehouse definitely is, as thats where the deliveries come from!

I'm also waiting for an order from 27th December. No word yet on despatch date.

That's only 5 working days then and they have extended it to 7. So tuesday? For me they have always taken quite long so I don't usually worry. Think they are really busy now and it does come from spain. Annoying I know but I'm not surprised.

Is now cheaper and so I cancelled and re places it at the cheaper price !

I have a feeling it all comes from a warehouse in kettering/northampton kind of area, just an address i noticed on previous orders. Has anyone who ordered on 27th or earlier actually had a despatch email?

I haven't had an email, but I'm off to check if the prices have come down since I ordered!

Thanks for the tip; just checked, and three items from my order of 27th December have since come down in price, by a total of £23! So I just re-ordered them.

I will be returning items anyway so it makes no odds if I receive them twice. Ker-chingggg!

I cancelled my order as in the wait have decided I don't even want the jacket anymore

Placed my order on the 26th, no despatch email yet and I've checked on their website and it still says order processing. Even with the extended 5-7 working days I doubt my order will arrive on time. Pretty disappointed as I ordered a coat, I fear winter will be over before it arrives!
Poor show really as they 'hold' your money as soon as you order albeit it doesn't show up in your statement. I can't see why it should take so long, I ordered pj's for DD in the white company sale on Thursday, they arrived via free deliver on Saturday morning!

Placed my order on the first day of the sale and it came two days ago - - no problems at all - sizing is a bit small though.

Had a despatch email this morning for the order placed 27th December and a courier notification that it's being delivered tomorrow. Fingers crossed there's something that fits properly I like.

Still no email have actually forgotten what's in my order now!

I've also had a despatch email so fingers crossed it arrives today. Pretty sure only the bits I've ordered for DD will be staying after all this wait. Can't remember what the returns process is like? Is it best to go in store?

Finally had email this eve to inform me of delay of 1-2 days so now won't arrive until at least thurs/fri- just in time to be returned in store on satuday!

Well I placed an order with Toast on the 27 th and had acknowledgement email but have heard nothing since and no money deducted from my account. I sent a query asking if order was being processed and they just replied with there was nothing on my email. Grrrrrrr am fed up now. Anyone else having trouble with Toast ?!

Order from 27th arrived yesterday (7th). Some hits, but a couple of misses:

This cream blouse is soooo pretty and will be good for Spring.

This dress looks surprisingly good on, and will be perfect for smart/casual workwear.

This dress was also nice, but I have one very similar, so it's going back.

A big no-no for this knitwear nightmare, which made me look like a pom-pom on stilts; also a second top (no longer available online) which was so massive I was worried I might take off in a high wind.

Anyway, roll on Spring/Summer 13!

I've just cancelled my order, it hadn't yet been dispatched but they are holding my money. Does anyone know how long it will take for the money to be released please? I had ordered the coat with the stud sleeves, it's been reduced by another £20 and I can't decide whether or not to reorder.

The navy coat always? I've had that for a while and really like it - always get compliments when I wear it too.
