My feet are horrible and dry and my hands feel chapped
please help!
for feet superdrug's own brand (pink and white box) foot relief balm, has highest urea content (much more than compeed and all of those)
for hands, it's more tricky, I hate greasy creams, my faves are Nuxe and Davina Peace, but it's £££ - I would rub sweet almond oil into them before going to bed at night!

I find Pure Nuff Stuff Heavenly Hands and Feet Creams really popular. There is a scented version that is quite strong smelling, although i think smells fab. They are based on olive oil - yet are non greasy. They are both made of natural ingredients.

Boring, but Aveeno hand cream is the absolute best thing I've tried (including L'Occitane etc). Non sticky, not overpowering, very soothing and reasonably priced.

Liz Earle foot cream in general, though I use the Nails inc mexican lime heel balm once a week with their pedicure socks. Just make sure you are exfoliating all of the dead skin off first otherwise a cream is pointless.
For handcream you can't beat Decleor's Aroma Comfort - it isn't sticky or greasy and lasts all day. That said, I have a Loccitane mini hand cream in every handbag because they just smell gorgeous - My faves are the rose scents. Again, the trick to handcream is in the application - it should be applied to the backs of the hands first, rubbing the backs of the hands together until 90% of it has been absorbed and then massaged into the cuticles and palms - that way your hands will never feel greasy with a hand cream (I know lots of us know this but you would be suprised how many dont)

I find 8 hour cream great for feet - slather feet in it and pop in socks wear them overnight then next morning lovely soft feet!
Great for hands too (but greasy) l occitaine hand cream is lovely too but my most favourite is origins - it s amazing hands are so much softer and smells divine it doesn't leave greasy residue and the effects last - it s not cheap tho

The Neutrogena Norwegian formula ones are very good but not sexythey don't have a nice smell or colour.
I have a brilliant one that I was given for Christmas from Panier des Sens which has olive oil in it.
