Can't understand big name retailers who spend hundreds of thousands of £'s on shop planning consultants yet just asking customers Yet just asking customers what's needed/lacking would be so helpful- m&s you're guilty- why not put seating in shoe department in front of mirrors so customers with babies/ toddlers/ bags/ handbags etc. can try on the shoe and see what the shoes look like on. Simple!! Anything bug you re shop layouts?

Items displayed too high, aisles not being wide enough, changing rooms too small, not having clear places/directions to queue for the till, displays being changed in the middle of the day causing chaos, mannequins/advertising boards being displayed when the product isn't available, overstocked clothing racks, sizes not displayed clearly/in order....I could go on for hours and I worked as a store manager for lots of different types of shop - young, fast fashion retailers are definately the worst culprets!!
