I have Ugg Kensingtons (the leather ones), and they've got a bit damp inside after the snow. I have some groovy shoe drier things for my tumble drier, so can I put the Uggs in? Or will the leather shrink? Or anything else adverse?!
No don't!!! Stuff them with newspaper and put them near the radiator. The tumble dryer will totally fuck them

I'm not sure I would, I think I would prefer to put them upside down on a raditaor? or better still stuff them with newspaper?

Omg I almost had heart failure reading that!!! Don't put them on a radiator unless you sit them with soles flat, upright, they will dry with radiator pressure points.
Right, thanks- glad I asked! So it's stuff em with newspaper and stand on soles on a radiator?

I wouldn't, MIL tried this with SIL's new uggs last year and the less that's said about that the better!

stuff with newspaper but don't put any shoes by radiators. Also, I don't know if ugg do them but you can get replacement sheepskin insoles from emu - I have put them in my uggs and it has given them a totally new lease of life.

I've dried mine sat on a radiator it was fine, but you have to pump the heat, else they go to smell.

I dried mine by filling two drinks bottles with hot water and putting them in, upside down at an angle. I'm a size 7 so had more space to play with but might be worth a go?
Nice idea ATale, but I defo couldn't get to the toes that way! I went with newspaper overnight but they're still a bit clammy. Might risk the radiator this evening. Do you think getting a hairdryer down there will damage them too? I want to dry them out before the rot sets in!

I couldn't get to the toes but the heat reached them anyway. They were dry within a few hours. (I replaced the water twice)

Do you have hot water bottles? The old fashioned rubber kind?
