13yo still wakes ravenous in night

Not always, but often, she either wakes hungry at 11pm needing a feed and if she doesn't she wakes at 4 needing a feed - not just wanting one for comfort but really neeing one. Have tried offering more dinner and a pre bed snack but it makes no difference.

At first I thought teen growth spurt but then you mentioned comfort feeding so I'm not sure now how old your DC is?
