Mumsnet app - search is now turned off

Hii all.
The site is mostly back to normal but we have a further issue with the Mumsnet app.
Because of yesterday's crash there are still some problems that we're working through - the major one is that posts are appearing multiple times. In order to stop this from happening we need to disable search in the app.

So apologies, but the search feature in the Mumsnet app will be unavailable until further notice.

And once again - thanks for bearing with us whilst we put some essential fixes in place.

Is the plan for search to return to the fold?

My search function is still not working on the app (iPhone 8) has it gone for good?

Thanks for getting in touch. We're not planning to get rid of it for good, so please don't worry. We're still investigating what's going on so need to leave it disabled for a bit longer. We'll let you know when it's live.
