Hi Betsy, can I ask how you get in - do you launch the site directly from your phone's screen, or do you start safari then go to MN? I've seen reports online of the phone not saving cookies properly for sites that you start directly from the screen, which would explain this.

Also, do you get logged out while using the site, or is the issue that you are not logged in when you first open it?

BetsyBidwell · 28/09/2013 18:22

Not logged in when I open it. I have it saved on my home screen.

I'm having the same problem on safari. Even if I don't shut safari down but switch between apps and safari it logs me out.

Have reverted to the app on the mobile but prefer safari on iPad

Mine kept logging out too on the iPhone. Turns out I was in 'private' browsing. You can check by clicking on the book icon at the bottom of the screen.

Tech · 30/09/2013 15:02

Oh yes it's very easy to (maybe inadvertently) go into private mode on ios 7. That would do it - your login wouldn't be remembered from visit to visit.

JustasmallGless · 30/09/2013 15:32

Oh thank the Lord, That was it.
It's not very clear when you are in private browsing but I thought I had it off.
Clearly not.

Just giving this a quick bump as it has been driving me mad for days.
Thank goodness for search. Solved already by MN.

Three cheers for Tech Wine
