To take a screenshot (if anyone else has a sighting of the sexy ukranian gentlemen):

A. On any version of Windows: hit the print screen (usually labelled PrtScrn or similar) button. On a separate keyboard this usually hangs out over on the right above the delete, home, and End buttons; on a laptop they might've hidden it somewhere odd. Then open whatever graphics program you have, Paint (as included with Windows) will do if you've got nothing else, and hit CTRL-V. That will paste the image into it and you can then save it and upload it to your MN profile in the normal manner.

B. Windows Vista and Windows 7 (possibly 8 as well but I don't have a PC with that so can't be sure) come with something called the 'snipping tool'. Find it by opening the start window and typing 'snipping tool' in the search window. This will bring up a small box with a few options, you don't need to do anything to it, just drag the mouse cursor around the bit you want to take a screenshot of. Once you've done that, again, you can save your selection and upload as usual.

Does that make sense?
