Hi, my dd has been offered a place in Year 7 starting this September. Does anyone have girls there or have any experience of it?
All advice welcome!

I know two girls (sisters), now grown up, who did very well there, have good careers and are lovely people. I'm sure their parents had something to do with it as well though.

Thanks for the comments, Kikthecat - it's good to hear that BH turns out nice adults.

Hi Feelingcalm,
sorry only just seen your message. Yes, my DD will be going to Bromley High this September. She's really thrilled. I think I saw from another thread that your DD will be going too. Have you received anything from the school yet since returning the acceptance form?

My DD will be going there from the junior school. Contrary to what you may have heard, the JS mums are not at all cliquey, and look forward to meeting you!

Hi HandMadeTail, great to hear from a JS parent and look forward to our daughters meeting and to meeting you too! Are there many JS girls going up this year?

Hi Duomaman, yes my DD will also be starting in September. We got a form to choose preferred foreign language, nothing else yet.

Hi feelingcalm, we haven't received a language preference form yet. I'll have to contact the school after the holidays if nothing turns up.

Hi Duomaman, there was a deadline for returning the form, can't remember the date, I am sure it will be sorted when you contact the school.
