... Test out buggy boards? Mothercare don't. And John Lewis is an hour away so I don't want to make a wasted trip.

Basically I want to see if my toddler will cope on the bugaboo buggyboard.

I do intend to get a double too but for walking to the park/village shop I would like to be able to walk with the single and toddler and let her hop on the buggy board on the way back.

But i don't know anyone with any kind of buggyboard I can try out and i don't want to waste my money If she won't use it!

Can you not try a friends? Ask around?

I have no idea! You could try calling them and ask to be put through to the nursery department to see what they say.

My friend has used that one for her DD and it has been great. I have seen it in action!

None of my friends are using one. The ones with two children are still in the double buggy stage.

Maybe I'll stop a random person with one in the street and ask If they mind pushing dd on it for a few meters!grin

Phone them. Their customer service is legendary - if they won't let you try out the buggyboard, at the very least they'll explain politely why they wont grin
