folding phil and teds (non-verve) with double seat

Thinking of buying a second hand p&t for going on holiday, but I think only the Verve will fold with the second seat still attached. However I saw mention that on the other models there was some easy way of attaching the seat after folding - can anyone confirm/deny? The P&T will only suit me if its easy to get on airplanes/buses!

you could put the doubles seat on the front for folding, but you cant keep it on the back for folding. hth!
