We could buy it together, ThatDude.
I want to slide down the bannister.
It has 2 staircases. I've always wanted a house with 2 staircases. And a butlers pantry

It's beautiful but the ceiling in the lounge photo looks identical to the one in our period house which turned out to be asbestos and the thought of that would put me off

Just discovered the plans. It has a butler's pantry, and a larder!
I am going to play the lottery this week.
It is quite a good price (unless it is full of asbestos)

It's lovely and so reasonable for the size. I'd love a turret or two.
But it needs shed loads to be spent on it, so I'm oot.
It's lovely
needs loads of decorating/sprucing up so it doesn't look like an old lady's handbag inside...but the bare bones of the house are beautiful...it's worth 10 times the value of my house

I agree the bare bones are beautiful - not to mention the view!
Try to comfort yourself by thinking of how much work a house that big would be. Imagine the gardening!

In my dreams...
Can i ask the whole of mn to chip in a tenner each for my new house
Pretty please.

'Old lady's handbag' really made me laugh.
Is it an OAP home? It looks like a day centre or something.
I've been watching too much Crickley Hall... all that wood panelling
<shudder>
But granted, it is beautiful

What a beautiful house, I want to live there and I like Dundee cake

That house needs a lot of work. I think a doctor or two from ninewells will be interested though.
<pockets 10p> it all helps.
Ooh no! That last house you linked to has had the soul ripped out of it! I have an arts and craft house and it's all a bit dusty and weird colours and modern stuff just looks utterly wrong in it.
That kind of thing makes the baby jesus cry MmeL.
<I smell of parma violets don't I?>

Lovely! But... it is in Dundee
I even like the retro kitchen.
I can only imagine what the Campden Hill one costs.... £30m?

It would look different once it had furniture in it.
I love clean and uncluttered (which you would never know, looking at the anaglypta walls and the fringed lamps in my house).

You lot would LOVE my kitchen
