Experiences with primary schools in Bromley

I am currently looking for a school in the Chislehurst/Bromley area of Kent for my DS, who starts next September. I have read all the OFSTED reports and looked at the league tables, but still can't work out which school will best suit my DS. I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to share their view of schools in the area? In particular, St Vincent's in Mottingham, St Peter and St Paul, Redhill, Scotts Park, to name a few in the area we are considering! Any views/comments would be really, really appreciated.
Thanks!

Best thing to do is to go and visit the schools you are interested in and some of those you aren't to get a better idea of what would suit your DS.

DD goes to school in Penge, it has an awful reputation but DH and I did as you did, Ofsted reports, tables and visits and out of all the schools we visited, we were thrilled with just about everything at the school we chose.

I went in armed with a huge list of questions and asked all of them on the visit. The head was fantastic and was able to answer all our questions and concerns.

DD loves it and we are still happy with our choice although we still get funny looks from people when we tell them where she goes!
