Moviestar Planet - 'automatic renewal' BEWARE!!

I was shocked to discover this week that a payment (for VIP) had been deducted from my bank by Moviestar Planet without any my authorisation. When I questioned my daughter - I discovered that there is a now a NEW feature on the site which children can enable by themselves and which instructs repeat purchase of VIP or other pay-for 'goodies' on the site. I am sure this is ILLEGAL. I am in communication with MPlanet right now about this issue. Right now BUYER BEWARE - if you have made any purchases in the past - go into your child's account and make sure the feature is turned OFF. I think it should be removed altogether

Sorry, but you need to check what button you click on. There is a renewal button, and because of that, youclicked on it. Now you have to cancel it. :c But, I am not quite sure most people on this website know how to cancel the purchase...... Oh well?

I'm so shocked that your child did that! I would NEVER go behind my mum's back and do that!
