So I sent off DS nursery application form last month and got a phone call from the school a few days ago to say they've received the form but that they cannot accept it until January 2010! What's all this about??? I was too gobsmacked to ask why, could they not just keep it til January rather than me having to fill out another form in a few month's time.
Is it just me or does common sense not come into it with schools?? I'm really annoyed.
DS due to start Aug 2010 but like most things, I like to be super-efficient and organised so I'd sent it off early thinking it would be no harm done. How wrong was I!
Now I've got to hand in another form in January. what a waste of paper 
The thing is the website has not said anything about the form having to be filled in from a specific date, otherwise I would have waited a bit longer.
EYA form sent in 'too early' WTF??
