hi i am a mum of twins and have been using my 15 hours up at playschool but for some reason they say i have gone over my free hours.i dont see how this can be can anyone help?its a bill i really wasnt expecting.

It's 15 hours for 38 weeks only. Are you using a preschool that runs 51/52 weeks a year?
