My DS was born 6 weeks early and was in NICU for about 2 weeks on cpac, jaundice, heated mattress and antibiotics. He's now nearly 4 months old and doing fab. My question is do I use his corrected age- (nearly 3 months) or his birth age- (nearly 4 months) when it comes to weaning etc.

This must sound utterly incompetent to some but he's my first baby and obviously my first premmie! Want to make sure I'm doing all the right things.

Birth age for weaning but adjusted for everything else except vaccinations.
