Tooth/ear ache (give me a FUCKING break)

I'm all over these boards lately with my health woes but someone must have some experience with this.

I'm nearly 17 weeks pregnant and fucking ill. With everything. Have HG and in the last few weeks alone have been hospitalised, had a perforated eardrum, a UTI and tonsilitis, as well as a bad allergic reaction to erithromycene.

Now suffering from what can only be described as jaw ache (or fucking jaw ache to be honest Confused). My ear aches and it's radiating down my face on the right side and kind of peaks in pain in one of my front teeth, although the whole jaw is agony. It
can't be a dental issue because it would mean that every tooth in my head on that side was rotten.

I've been prescribed codeine for the pain but that's doing very little. Clove oil makes me sick. Ice and hot water bottle kind of help. Sesodyne tooth paste isn't helping. Ear drops aren't helping. The vibrations of my electric toothbrush help a bit.

I've got the docs at 7pm tonight (earliest I could get) and I don't want to be fobbed off. Anyone else had this in pregnancy? Could it be sinuses?

I can't eat, can't sleep, I'm in agony and I'm fucked off.

Suggestions/help/advice would be amazing.

perforated eardrum and all the rest? OW! god, dizzy you've been getting it all.

about the jaw ache and toothache, I had that too with first HG preg. No good news I'm afraid. It was the nerve that runs along the top of upper jaw and sends down little nerves into each tooth. Not tooth rot. Unfortunately the toothache came back over and and over and after the preg it seems 1 tooth nerve actually died and 2 more were dying (no wonder it hurt) and I lost the teeth. It's started again in second preg among the few remaining teeth in that area, joy.

So uh, maybe it's not the same for you, I hope not, but well, that's one possible source :(

Oh crumbs I feel for you. When I had dental problems in last pregnancy it hit that big nerve you seem to be describing which goes down the side of the jaw. I really would get an emergency dental appt if I were you just to rule that out as I think it could be one tooth that is causing that pain to radiate down the jaw. As you say heat cld give you a bit of relief. Good luck
