I'm 33+4 with my first baby, and trying to get organised in terms of purchases that have to be made ahead of time/hospital bag etc. Would it be sensible to buy nursing bras now, or do you tend to do a lot of growing in the final six weeks?

They recommend getting measured around 38 weeks. Even then, only worth buying one in case your size is very diFferent when your milk comes in and it"s difficult to predict. Go to mothercare and buy a pack of sleep bras for immediate post birth. They come in dress sizes rather than bra sizes and you'll nEed them anyway for night support. They will get you through the first few days and then you can buy something more supportive.
