"You are invited" - anything else sounds horribly non-U.
You are cordially invited, although as someone upthread said, it's a bit old-fashioned. If it's a formal event I'd put "Blah-blah is delighted to invite you..."

'cordially' is OTT enough. most cordially is OTT and down the other side again. Too much.
