Yours sincerely if the letter is addressed to a named individual, yours faithfully if it's a dear sir/madame letter.

I was taught "faithfully" if the letter started "Dear Sir/Madam" and "sincerely" if it was addressed to Mr X or Miss/Mrs/Ms Y. So I suppose if it's a sort of round robin "faithfully" would be the more appropriate. Also depends on the tone of the email, "truly" would be fine if it's a but informal.

Yours truly is for love letters
I have a violent objection to "yours truly". I can't think of any circumstance is which it is appropriate.

Yes that's what I thought of 'yours truly'.
I think it's strange having it at the end of an email from a work email address.
Shall I suggest to her to use Yours sincerely? english isn't her first language.

If the recipient is named, then it should be Yours Sincerely as dust said.
