Hello all I breastfeed my one year old daughter still. She feeds a couple of times throughout the day and she has one or two naps during the day, both of which she takes after falling asleep on the boob. I used to feed her to sleep at night and she would usually sleep from 7-12 ish, then wake for a feed and go back in the cot, then wake again at about 4 for a feed and stay in bed with me then until morning. When she was 9 months old I started working again, leaving my husband to put her to sleep on a Fri, Sat and Sun night with a bottle. She has been a nightmare for him, screaming for a good couple of hours before finally settling but then up every couple of hours for another feed, I know she probably isnt hungry, she just wants the comfort. I have taken on extra hours and now am only there to put her to bed one night a week as I work from 7-11 six nights a week. My poor husband is really struggling to get her to go to sleep and we have devoured and tried every suggestion in Pantley's "no cry sleep solution" but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
