Kumon..experiences?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but couldn't find a 'best fit' category!

Just wondered if any of you have other worked for or used the services of Kumon (education/tutoring). Am looking into whether dropping a few days in my current job would be feasible if I apply to tutor for them. Any idea of pay/regularity of work would be fantastic. If you've used Kumon for your child, would you say they provide a good service?
