Is this o.k for a 4th birthday party ??

Hi, I have hired a village hall for my daughters 4th birthday. We have booked a punch and judy puppet show and there will be birthday food music and we're borrowing loads of procussional instruments from the church so the children can play to the music.
Does this sound o.k? This is the first birthday party I've done. It's a bit tricky as my daughter is very sensitive and dosn't like clowns or magicions.
She loves music though and last year we saw a puppet show and she loved it.
I'm doing what I think will please her, but will the other children enjoy it?
It's not as grand as some of the nursery partys we've been to but I'd like it to be as fun and relaxed as possible.
If you have any other ideas, I'd be greatfull.

You could do a few games aswell, musical bumps/statues, pass the parcel etc.

Sounds amazing,much more exciting than the ones I've been to,my dd was four in December and we just had games,and cakes.I'm sure all the children will be very happy.

For my son's 3rd we bought a bubble machine from the ELC and played music - the children loved bursting the bubbles and dancing to the music. We also gave out a balloon each at the end (my children LOVE balloons!)

The craft table sounds good too. We went to a party like that once.

I've thought about a bubble machiene. My daughter loves bubbles and ballons too.
We're having haelium filled balloons at the party and all the children can take one home along with a party bag.

I was going to take my dds bubble machine but was worried it would make the floor slippery.Did,nt want to have any mishaps!

Oh and i made my dh and mil dress up in bob the builder and tigger costumes that i bought from china!ha

How did the party go? I'm thinking of having a punch and judy show at my son's 3 rd birthday party as he saw one at a fair and loved it.

Who did the puppet show? Do you know if they do the London area?
