Nurseries in East Barnet/Southgate area, any you would recommend?

Hi,
We'll soon be moving to East Barnet area and I'm hoping to put my little boy into nursery at the end of next year. He's with a childminder at the moment, who he loves and is excellent, but i think he'll be ready for nursery when he's three and a half...Are there any really good ones people recommend? I've been looking through Ofsted reports and on all the different nursery websites but it's really recommendations that matter.. I was thinking of Kids Unlimited but have heard it's not very good. Would be very grateful if anyone could share their views. Thanks
