Tesco.com are looking for 10 Mumsnetters to do their weekly grocery shop online and then tell them what they think of the service. Here's what the folks at Tesco.com say about their service: "We've done some research that shows that our customers can save an hour a week by shopping online with Tesco.com/Groceries and using 'Favourites', - a tool we've developed to help customers to easily select items they have previously bought online or in store - we'd like Mumsnetters to put this to the test and tell us how much time they save."

To take part, you must:

  • live in the UK
  • have a Tesco Clubcard that you use on a regular basis (i.e. at least once a month)
  • have bought groceries from Tesco at least once in the past month (this could be in store or online) and used your Clubcard when making your purchase(s)

If you're selected to take part, you'll receive £50 worth of Tesco.com vouchers to spend on groceries. The vouchers will be sent to you electronically by Mon 6th Feb. You'll then have a week to place your order and have it delivered (the vouchers can cover the delivery fee). You'll then need to leave your feedback on how you found the experience on a thread on Mumsnet.

If you'd like to take part please enter your details here.

Everyone who takes part and adds their comments to the feedback thread will be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £100 giftcard to spend on Tesco clothing, wine and direct.

Thanks and good luck with the prize draw.

Does it matter if you've shopped online with them in the past?

Great! I have used them before but was rather disappointed by their service, so it would be a good chance to try them out again...

I've tried Tesco.com a few times and consistently found it lacking. Have tried the favourites tool recently, and am still unimpressed. I am sticking to Sainsburys from now on, especially now my local Tesco have stopped stocking Halls Haggis which didn't at all lead to me crying in store recently, oh no

Sadly this is one I won't be taking part if. Tescos have been rubbish for me lately especially when I was I'll and couldn't get out.

I hope the electronic vouchers they give will work, it's just I still have £30 I haven't used (might even be £40) because the voucher codes don't work!!

sorry, NEVER use Tescos - found on-line dreadful and our local has a coin operated ride on in front of store - and its not worth it for the meltdown from the DCs if I say no! (Still can't work out who thought that would be a good idea)
