Can you or is it right to give kalms or kids equivalent to children to calm them down when they are getting really excited about a day trip or if they are worried about speaking in the school play etc?

Mmmm, i think it would be better to fine other strategies for coping with these situations, not easy I know. Better to have more coping skills than to rely on medication i'd have thought.
