Hmmm - have you seen the other thread???

It was a big rip off IMHO!!!

Report
sweetheart · 13/10/2005 16:35

what other thread - is it crap?

LadyTophamHatt · 13/10/2005 16:52

how do you know saopbox?, it doesn't start until 3rd December

Report
soapbox · 13/10/2005 17:47

Well, if it is the same as Santa's Kingdom (which it seems to be) it has been on for a number of years now.

Other thread is here

We went a couple of years ago and felt it was a rip off! The children enjoyed it though - so don't worry too much if you've already bought tickets!

Hmmmmm, sound ike the same 2 things and doesn't sound good.

It would be £72 for us, and that's saying ds3 is not yet 2....although he is but teeny weeny so we could get away with it.

Maybe we won't go.

Emma- take them to see the Snowman instead!

A much much better use of the money IMO. A visit to see it is now firmly established in our Christmas calendar

Morning Matinee followed by brunch at Bank (just round the corner from the theatre) then take teh bus up Regent Street and along Oxford street to look at teh lights

LadyTophamHatt · 13/10/2005 20:10

That's a good idea SB.
Which theatre is it on at?

Report
soapbox · 13/10/2005 20:12

teh peacock in Kingsway Thats just round the corner from Holborn station.

If you book try to get in the front 10 rows, when it snows at the end the snow actually falls on teh audience in the front stalls! Children love it

Ohh Sweetheart very intriguing!!

Something to do with the Snowman then?

Gosh don't know - if it helps work out who you think I am, my name starts with J, and children are A and C????????

Report
sweetheart · 14/10/2005 12:57

No, not snowman - the name!

I don't think we know each other - otherwise it would be very obvious what I was talking about

Report
soapbox · 14/10/2005 18:25

I realise now - I wrote Emma when I meant to write Enid - so I think I know your name now - but don't think I know you in RL
