Could we join the Campaign against the detention of children in Immigration Prisons in the UK?

I think this is such an important campaign for us all to get behind..

The Government last year acknowledged how damaging it is to lock up children yet this August a new immigration detention centre will be opening up especially for children and their families..

Barnardos - supposedly a charity to stand up for the rights of our children - is working with the UKBA to have them detained. I have visited children and families in detention and seen first hand just how traumatizing it is both for the children and the parents.
