If they wake looking hungry, I'd feed them
My DTs are 15 months now, but I do remember the early days. I breast fed, but basically spent three months on a nappy-feed-settle rotation that took 2 to 2.5 hours to do an started every 2.5 to 3 hours (measured start to start).
I know where you are and it is so so hard, but those little ones are so young and need whatever they need whenever they need it. At the moment, it is your job to pander to those needs and supply them all as quickly as you can possibly manage. It does ease off, I promise. I noticed an improvement at 6 weeks, and then huge changes at 8 weeks, 12 weeks and 16 weeks. By 16 weeks you'll have got it sorted and feel in control again, I promise.
Do you have a local twins club? I found mine through the TAMBA website, and the other mums there have been an inspiration. They're 4/6/8 months or more ahead of me and can reassure me that everything is just a passing phase. They've lent me equipment, given me clothes and taken me to the pub. I recommend you find your local club, even if it means travelling a bit!
Good luck and keep going. My twins hold hands and play together
now - i promise it does get better and in many ways you're more fortunate than mums of one
Thank you.
I'm trying to keep ten in a routine as much as I can otherwise I'll never get anything done, I also had 3 other children youngest is 1 so it's really hard with fitting everythin in with the feeding.
Today has been so much better, so I'm hoping it was a growing spurt that has passed for now

Oh my heart goes out to you. It's HELL. my boy just screamed & screamed. And it only got better at around 6 months.
In hindsight I think they were just really tired & needed help to sleep.
I know where you're at right now but it will get easier. I promise x
Thank you, I dont want to wish this time away, but I can't wait
Were they c section?
My Dt2 was and he screamed and screamed, 0-60 in the time it took him to openhis eyes. And to be honest I would have cheerfully handed him back given half the chance.
We had cranial osteopathy and it stopped. It worked so well I had DT1 and older sister done. Older one hasn't had an ear infection since, she was having them about every 4 weeks.
Have a go.
Yes csection.
Ohhh I'll google it

It is so hard to hear the crying isn't it? It tugs inside you, even if you know they are perfectly fine and just getting used to being in the big wide world. All I can say is the crying does get better - not fast enough - but it does. Some day you will be me coming on here because you think you are finding it hard when they are five months old and you will see a post like yours and remember that things are already a million times better. x

Have you been to the docs? Crying like this could be feeding related/reflux. Mine had this and I nearly went out of my mind - it was incessant crying. Do they do anything else? Coughing, arching their backs?
Yeah they do little coughs.
I have my 6 week check up this week soni think I will mention it and maybe get some infant gaviscon or something!!!
The crying has settle down alot, I think it was a growing spurt
