Salaam chareesoso I'm a Muslim my mum and sister were single parents it's tough may Allah make it easy for you. Are there any activities in your area you can take the kids to? I think it's good if you can show kids that you can still have fun as Muslims!

I had a boyfriend who was muslim. I learned a lot of the religion. But mostly like his version of islam it was nice. He was an American Muslim. Like as a christian everyone always follows all these leaders and such. He seemed to only need one book to follow his faith. Like not needing man to follow GOD that seems great. Also the idea that GOD is ONE and needs no one all is subservient to HIM seems cool. I like many of the beliefs in Islam... I just don't like some of the culture that goes with it. But overall I guess you could say I'm muslim in many ways just not into anything but a fan of what the Quran says... It's hard really to be against it.
